3.1 Notes that follow the clicks
Write [click] in your PowerPoint notes where each animation step starts. The phone shows only what to say now, labelled with the step, and the next step’s first line under it. “Whole note” shows all of it.

3.2 Text size, mid-talk
One setting from 90 to 200 %. The notes follow it fully, the rest of the screen up to 150 %; from 150 % the slide picture steps aside. On the phone it is Menu › Text size, a bar that leaves the notes in view.

3.3 Turn the phone, or use a tablet
Each shape has its own layout: sideways puts the slide on the left, a tablet gets the slide and the next one side by side, and a tablet held sideways becomes a presenter view. After a turn, Back and Next ignore presses for a second and say so.

3.4 Find a slide during questions
Slides › search finds a word in a title, on a slide or in the notes, or a slide number. With the keyboard open, the first tap only closes it. After a jump to a hidden backup slide, Back says “Back to slide N” and takes you there.

3.5 Pass the slides to a co-presenter
Each phone has a name. From the Menu, pass the slides to another phone: the others follow along under a band, with a hatched edge, and their presses are refused. Holding Next for a moment takes the slides back.

Then try Next on Tomer’s phone, or hold it to take the slides back.
3.6 Section budgets
With PowerPoint sections and one rehearsal, an amber notch on each edge of Next marks where the time should be when the section ends. More than 30 s past it, the line above the notes says “move on”; the only number stays on Next.

3.7 When the clock starts
Setup asks first: when the slide show starts (talking on the title slide counts), with your first Next, or no clock at all, for a lesson. While the show runs and the clock waits, a band says so and offers “Start it now”. Pick one: the show starts again from slide 1.

3.8 Zoom on the big screen (a trial)
Switched on in Setup › More options. Then + and − sit over the slide picture and zoom PowerPoint’s slide show; zoomed in, hold and drag the picture to move around. Fit, or the next slide, goes back to the whole slide. Watch the room’s screen above.

4.1 One set of design rules
The phone and the pairing page share these tokens by name (DESIGN.txt in the folder). Red means over time or trouble, amber means look here; nothing else uses them. Words on Next read at 7:1 or more in every state, checked by the tests.

4.2 Less motion
Follows the phone’s own “reduce motion” setting; there is nothing to choose in Cuewand. With it on, slides, ripples and blinks become steady marks. Set Tomer’s phone either way, then press Next to compare.

4.3 What a screen reader hears
Read live from Tomer’s phone as you use it. The time is spoken in minutes, so the name does not tick every second; a slide change is announced once.

4.4 An answer within 0.1 s
Every press is named on the button, with its own shape: a ring for a new slide, a smaller ring for a step, amber bars on the last slide, a dashed frame when nothing moved.
